Professional Rust Proofing/Wax Injection Gun for Underseal & Waxoyl

Professional undersealing / injection gun suitable for garage and professional use, but also a very nice tool for the enthusiast. Pressure pot system. This system ensures an even mist spray with even the thickest mediums. The pot is pressurised with high pressure air up to 80psi and this pressure forces the material up an out through the nozzle. Most underseal sprayers rely on blowing air across the top to suck up the material or use low pressure to spray the material and this makes them likely to clog on thicker mediums. With this gun the underseal is forced out at high pressure making it very unlikely to clog up. The pressurised system also means that extension probes can be used without loss in performance. Suitable for a variety of underseal types. This gun has been tested with Waxoyl and it will spray it with no problems without need for thinning the waxoyl unless it is very cold. Professional kit has three ways to spray; Mist spray nozzle on gun. Using the gun on its own gives a normal standard spray pattern like out of a spray gun but larger. Used for general underbody areas such as floor pans etc... Ball spray extension nozzle. Suitable for spraying inside cavities, chassis box sections etc... The laser cut fine atomisation nozzle is fitted on a 3ft extension probe which allows it to be fed into a cavity to spray inside. The nozzle achieves a very fine mist spray of underseals, suitable for searching between the closest panels. Accurate flat spray extension nozzle. This is a high volume spray nozzle on a 2'6" extension probe for thick coverage in wheel arches and other vulnerable areas. Is more controlled spray than with the mist nozzles and it is easier to spray areas without covering parts you do not want to underseal. Suitable for use where there is limited space under the wheel arches.
