Vibra-TITE 560 High Strength Retaining Compound is a component high viscosity high is a single part anaerobic liquid designed for fitting and augmenting strength on cylindrical metal assemblies and cures when confined between parts. Vibra-TITE 560 secures all types and sizes of bearings, shafts and cylindrical parts which will require disassembly in the future. Shaft and Bearing 560 is medium strength and is color coded green for job identification. It is ideally suited for retaining bearings on shafts and in housings. Parts can be disassembled using normal tools. Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from oil and grease before use. Product is normally hand applied from the bottle onto parts. Fixture Speed with Primer is <5 minutes. Fixture Speed without Primer is 10 min. at 68 degree F. Shelf Life is 12 months at 68 degree F. 24 hours at 68 degree F Full Cure Time. Product should be stored in a cool and dry location at temperatures between -10 degree C to 30 degree C. Optimal storage is 22 +/- 4 degree C. Shelf life is 18 months from date of manufacture when stored at 22 +/- 4 degree C. High temperature fast setting for rotors, shafts, bushings, bearings and pulleys.
